Behind the brand
The brand was established in 2017 focusing on bedrooms, but new ideas have guided us also further. While developing and testing our core pieces in our own production, we also collaborate with Estonia’s best and most qualified crafters and manufacturers.
Kaissu’s home is in Estonia, the North corner of Europe. Our designs, on the other hand, travel all the way around the world.
Design & materials
Slim shapes, fine lines and high quality materials define Kaissu’s design the most. We love to flirt with trends, but our creative experiments result in developing designs with unique character that brilliantly fulfil their primary functions while providing beauty to any space regardless of time periods.
Products manufactured in small volumes are unique. Using mostly natural wood, every item is one of a kind and has its story to tell as a result of how the nature designed the wood over time.
Our upmost purpose is to create high-quality items that will last for generations. Durable materials, convenient packaging, smooth assembly, trouble-free care, and recycling of the depleted product are all aspects we consider during the design process. Piece-by-piece inspection ensures that each detail meets the specified quality requirements and is perfectly matched regarding the wood patterns and shades.
Kaissu emphasizes the incredible beauty of the wood by allowing it to speak for itself. Each piece has a distinct touch to it, due to the combination of craftmanship and appreciation for raw materials.
